Health authority chiller plant installations

The works consisted of new chiller plant and air handling units. Craned onto roof roof positions: Removal of existing plant and equipment new pipework services and electric supply modifications.

Associated builders work were carried out by our directly employed building team.

The project was carried out over a 30 day programme which went to plan and was coordinated to minimise disruption with regard to shut-downs out of normal hours working hours and weekends.

We are about to start a similar project for the same client as they appreciate our service delivery ability.
